What kinda grips you running?
You definitely need to relax your grip. I know it doesn't seem possible, but getting your weight forward, always more forward helps a ton in every way. Especially under acceleration you need to lean into it so the foot pegs are pushing you and the bars are not pulling you down the track.
Then you need to ride often enough to develop calluses where your blisters are. after 5 days riding this week, I have some thick calluses.
Chaz Davies has a great tip for blister. Check 2 minutes in

Htfu.
Those pillow top grips work well. I fucking hate them though. I also hate to agree with doc, but yeah, loosen up. And ride more.
Edit: one thing is absolutely certain, do NOT get thicker cushier grips. You won't even be able to hang on your arms will pump so bad.

Toughen up cupcake eventually those blisters will turn into callouses.

put some Vaseline in the gloves, keep them hands real soft for the ladies.
It's all water under the bridge, and we do enter the next round-robin. Am I wrong?
what sort of material in the gloves?
thin mechanix style?
wack off more in between riding sessions
