I found a nice drz400-E model that has a title and registration (lic. plate) in CT.

The bike has no lights/horn etc, but it does have a plate and registration.

If I bought it for MA what would I get in ma? Would it be easy/possible to get an MA plate and then try to get it inspected??

Normally the E model is offroad only.
