I want to get out for a bit this Sunday. Im thinking Franklin around 10am-10:30 start. Nothing too hard my hip is still messed up but it can handle most of the trails at a moderate pace. I know there are a few new guys so come on out. Bruce toss me a message the same rules apply until my truck comes in.

This could be doable. I am planning on coming home this weekend so I may be able to take the truck and get some dirt in. Hopefully its not as hot as today.

I'm pretty sure they are talking about dirt riding? Although i could be wrong.

Ya unless you have something capable for some dirt, hills, rocks and mud you will have a sad face when you show up.

if by moderate, you mean: waiting up for people that are probably on the ground, twitching, and trying to kick start their angry 2-stroke that won't idle and has an MX carb, then I might be in!!!

Hmmm, can't say for sure. I'd like to, but chances are slim. I've got a neighborhood cookout/bash/party I was invited to Saturday evening...and if I know my neighbors half as good as I think I do, I'll proabbly end up watching the sun come up Sunday morning still drinking by the fire

-in one day, with a full tank, do you usually re-fuel? I have a full tank, and will bring an extra 2 gallon gas can
-are you guys bringing camel packs or will we stop for water?
-is anyone bringing, or have space for tools? I'd like to bring a 10mm socket for the MA plate, spark plug wrench, and an extra plug. Backpacks kind of suck when you fall.

A tank is usually enough but having a little extra is not a bad thing.

Bring a camelback. We do stop a few times at the trucks but youll be most thristy when you get stuck on a hill when we are in the middle.

I have all simple tools in a pouch that goes with me for trailside repairs

Only spare I cary Is the Extra Master link under my barpad. There is no need to screw with you plate on the trail.
