I have a cheap aluminum stand from cycle gear that is good enough. In the past I've built ones out if 2x2s and plywood that look like mini-sawhorses, too.
In a pinch you can use e little triangles that go in the rear axle...
I have a kickstand on the KDX. It's more about in the garage (takes up less space when totally vertical, and easier to work on it).
