I'll second sticking with the stock exhaust to stay quiet. I love how stealthy my TTR is.
I put a stock WR pipe on my YZ to replace the painfully loud aftermarket setup. It's more fun.

While I'm certain it's wheezing on the ice, I thought the motor was great in the woods, as long as you weren't afraid to spin it up.
However, the ergos were so wonky, I fet like the bars were in my lap, which left me unable to slide up for corners and such.
