Has anyone ever done an initial mail-in sticker? All the offices are closed for walk-in but are doing mail in. Any idea how long it takes?

Someone recently asked the same question on FB. Two people said about a week and a half for them, done recently.

In the mean time, if you're worried about riding while you're waiting, I'd just do it and be prepared to explain that you've sent the paperwork in. I'd also cite how MA's RMV has relaxed expiration dates due to the current situation. I understand playing by the rules, but this is a slightly unique situation.

Thank you for the info, I'm registered in NH so I can ride up there. I have never ridden in MA and plan on meeting up with some people in western MA this year. So no real rush was just curious.

In ME if you carry the receipt of transaction you’re good. Not sure about PRM.

Not sure so waiting on the sticker to come. But I was going to see what you suggested.

If you have the transaction receipt you should be all set.

You have to prove sales tax payment.

There is no transaction receipt, I had to mail everything in because it's initial issuance. I did send proof of sales tax, the bike is street registered so I sent my original reg.

October Mountain, Beartown SF and Pittsfield SF are all fun although Pittsfield can get boring unless you venture outside a bit.

EDIT: assuming you mean far west side of the state but if not, Hodges Village Dam (local go-to) and Wrentham are also a good time.

Freetown is closed until beginning of May. I think Hodges is open mostly year round but may close during mud season.

My trails remain open year round.

Better than ever. Wife says I have a but of cleanup after the last wind storm, but there’s a few new sections and it’s staying pretty tidy. Added some speed to a few parts too.
