Lookin' good Kitt!
Behold dirt bike awesomeness that is Biggles
That's Hodges in Oxford, trail system.
That's my old 125 that used to belong to Union. My younger brother now has it and has promtpy beaten the crap out of it.
Very true!!
My one and only from the season...and it is a repost. My dirt bike needs a giant round of maintenance and racing is just sucking the funds from it.

haha, the 2nd pic is an XR100...and yes, I was hunched to stand on it
1st pic is a CRF230 - standing was a little short, but sitting for trail riding was fine

My son and his pregnant girlfriend and I went to Farmington Maine. I didn't want to disappoint after Kitts track got too much water. So we went on a mini trip. We did a railroad bed with some small trails off to the side. First time I ever rode with Michael. He surprised me with his ability. He never had a bike. So I thought the safe thing was to do a easy trail. He did great. We went out twice on Saturday. Had a lot of fun. Even got stopped by a game warden. He had a film crew with him making a documentory about the Northern Woods. Nice being legal and riding where you are suppose to ride.
Went and seen Despictable Me 2 because Growing Up was sold out on Saturday nght. Nice kids movie with great animation. Then had a few steaks back at the campground before calling it a night. We left Sunday at noon because it was tough on Bobby-Jo and pretty boring for her. Thats alright.
The turtle was very nice to see. Mike pushed it across the trail so nobody would run over it. We stopped for ice cream too. Maine is awesome. Trails, trail maps, a welcoming want you to be here riding feeling. Even the campground was very nice about bikes. Looking forward to Kitts and to racing when USGPRU comes to NHMS in August.
Glad you got out man! Can't believe we didn't have more new shots after killer weekend weather. I def. made the right call... after spending the weekend hanging onto a VMAX (childhood dream bike), I got out on the track for more grooming last night to find some wet spots STILL LINGERING. We're running motos again starting tomorrow, so as long as weather becomes more typical - we are on for Aug 10/11.
