c: moto x IMO has to be one of the most taxing sports ever
i really think if you were to take any pro athlete and throw them on a bike for the day, they would feel it in the morning. but if you were to take a pro mx guy and put im into another pro element for a day, the mx guy would be doing okay in the morning. just my opinion.

oooh, yes, and still feeling itmy lower back gets so wrecked after working on the jumps, really gotta strengthen my core. my hands get super worked too.
hope the shin is OK... not sure what you were wearing but be careful riding without proper MX boots and knee/shin guards. ive seen a few knees get seriously blown out from mild get-offs. landing on a peg or a rock can be real bad news.
