as long as the Husky is in order later today (oil/filter/chain/fire), i'll be there tomorrow AM
talked my neighbor into joining too, he just got back in the dirt after many years. picked up a CRF450 on the cheap last fall.
oi, my vodka-soaked-winter-body can feel the hurt already!![]()

grrr, i'm out
warmed up the bike, dropped the oil... MILKSHAKE. man, spent the last 2hrs trying to clean it out. now i'm out of oil, still coming out white as can be. sucks. the water is from my last ride when i stalled in that deep water crossing and airbox filled up. guess a ton got in the motor too.
anyway, i'm out for tomorrow, i need to go pick up a few gallons of cheapo oil to run through until clear.
sorry, man. next time... have a blast, the weather is gonna be perfect.

Well, looks like I'm flying solo. Clinton, definitely take care of that water situation. I hope you're not gonna need to split the cases. Good luck.
On a side note I mounted the Millvilles. The rear has a strangely tall in the center profile. We'll see. I have a rear Dunlop 773 sand rear tire with some life left in it if anyone wants it for free.
get that shit cleaned out... let it sit too long and...ugh, i know, i hope not eitherI hope you're not gonna need to split the cases.
at least its running great. thing fired while i was lightly pushing the kickstart with my hand! scared the shit outta me and blew oil everywhere. hahaa!

Epic day today. Hung out with the usual crowd of Brazilians and lapped til I almost puked. Track was perfect and crowd was light. Open session all day. The jury is still out on the Kendas. I realized it's really tough to evaluate tires at a track I haven't ridden on in over 6 months.
They made one more change to the track adding a new section after the off camber left up the hill. The step up is now a single with a flat landing that takes you more straight up the hill than fading left like it used to. 160 degree turn around a tree, then it's a flat right hand sweeper onto that upper straight. Rest of the track is the same. I think I preferred the step-up.
I can't wait til some of you foos make it out there this season. We have some practicing to do before Sssstimilon.![]()
sounds like a great day! cant wait to get my bike sorted.
i gave up on the Husky and went for a motard rip with my neighbor. wow, i waited too long! we hit all kinds of sweet back roads both paved and dirt. superSuper fun but holy shit hard seat after a measly 150mi ride, ouch, but i love how you can go ANYWHERE with these bikes.
i'll keep you posted on the Husky status.. .
