For letting me steel this pipe for half price I got that newsletter in the email and the word "dirt" got my attention, and it just so happens it was at a time when i was looking for a pipe.

I got the quiet core and sparky with it so it is forest approved, but it's still louder than I'd like. I think it's rated at 98DB with the quiet core which is fine for Crow Hill (their limit is 102) but just in case I can ride it at another place sometime, I'm going to try and get the FIM enduro 94DB quiet core for it

I also messed with my jetting again, stock it had a 152 main and a 42 pilot, I added a 175 main and a 50 pilot last time I messed with the jetting. This time I left the 175 main and dropped to a 45 pilot and it seems more gooder

ATV's, unlike MX bikes, have to follow EPA guidelines to be imported, so they have very lean jetting and are pretty corked up as far as noise goes. Stock is 90db and has a closed air box. Mine has the same basic motor as the YZ450 mx bike and it makes 15 less hp from the factory A slip-on, jetting and removal of the airbox lid will add quite a bit of power to a stock MX quad, probably somewhere around 8-10hp.
My last YFZ 450 I had a 185 main jet in it and it ran awesome, and I've read on other forums that some guys are running as big as a 230 main jet with no major internal engine mods

Thanks, I couldn't pass it up I tried the LeoVinci one which looked nice but I couldn't get it to fit rite so I sent it back

Those carbon brackets are sharp looking, very nice!

I need to get some quiet pipes for my bike. My 2stroke has a FMF Gold Series pipe with a Q silencer but the new 4stroke only has a titanium Megabomb header with stock dual silencers. Need to quiet it down a bit.

At least I still gots the stocker if I ever need it
