    i was already pretty beat up before Sat (ribs and back), just aggravated my lower back further riding all outta whack. getting up from any position is real fun, can barely support my own weight pain shoots down through my legs too. sucks.. .

    Chiropractor nearby should get you tuned up in 15 mins or so Clinton if not I know a great one in Northboro just down from the shrewsbury line

    naw not now, I have a few mtbs but no normal ones. One is like a big bmx bike and the other is a short travel bike for hitting drops and jumps n shit
