I suppose...
We are still on like DONKEY KONG.. hope to see some of you there.
I don't think I'm going to make it. I just don't trust the sky, and it's getting pretty chilly and windy.
Not gonna make this one...

yea opening day is hit or miss... too bad we can't control Mother Nature.
I'll be at least stopping by, as it's pretty much on my way home from work. If it isn't actually raining, I'll hang out for a while.

It was a cold opening night. The only NESRian I saw was Rossco. Just under 100 brave souls turned out. We had no rain, I got home about 8:20. See ya net week!
Yay Ross!

Phil, did you have a skeleton leather jacket? I saw you pull in and went over to introduce myself, but as typical I got pulled away and when I got there you weren't...

I was parked right in front of the Ducati, but i was wandering round so i didnt meet anyone. Had a silver ZZR1200, Nh Reg. A6M3. Froze my ass off on the way back to Rindge.
Rossco and I saw your bike and never saw anyone near it.
Sorry I missed this week....I went and watched the B's and drank IPA's.....all I got today is a hangover..
I saw your bike as well. There were several people near it for quite a while, but none of them was you. A couple of older guys stopped to admire your handlebar risers, and then wound being accosted while there by a woman reporter who was doing a story on the bike night, and explaining to her all about motorcycles and motorcycling, using your bike as an example.
It wasn't that cold. I only had to go to Nashua from there that night, but I'd term the evening's weather as only mildly uncomfortable.

Glad my bike made a good educational tool, lol. I got lucky with those risers, came with the bike from the original owner, he had tried some Genmar risers also, which i got with the bike when i bought it. Might bring the other one next week, see how the weather is. As to the cold I am a wimp with no tolerance for even mildly cold weather, was shivering when i left and worse when i got home an hr. later.
We'd like to thank all the NESR riders that made opening night! Especially those of you that drove far just to come join us, we really appreciate it! BUT as Sheppo said, it was way too frigging cold and windy. This is just a start to summer!! Hope to see you all next week or at least a couple of times this summer.
