We did go there. Sign on the door said "Be back at 8:00. Sorry for any inconvenience."
We aren't a patient group![]()
1. We got lost.
B. When we got found, the sign on the door said they'd re-open at 8:00. Not a soul around at 7:30.
III. Since we figured a half-hour to prep after reopening, we headed off to YuJo.
It was excellent, BTW. The hostess really hoped we'd bring the big crowd next time.
Go fast. Have fun. Repeat.
Whoops! Didn't type fast enough.

i decided to stop by MCN for a brief time. i think i actually passed you guys at bridge st. (i was heading the opposite way on the zuma). recognized ducdaves vespa from a mile away. haha. so how was yujo?
oh btw, pink motorcycle with obnoxiously long swingarm outside of mcdonalds on mammoth rd. i was at a red light and saw you almost eat shit burning out. so kewl.
We weren't lost. Foody Goody wasn't where I expected!
I agree with Don. Yujo's was far above expectations. The inside is lighter and more open. The menu is much more interesting. I had marinated baby octopus in a bed of shredded radish, carrot and seaweed salad. It was excellent. I also had the Nabeyaki Undon Noodles. It was hot and delicious. Linda seemed genuinely pleased to see us. Our waitress, Dauphene?, was friendly and not awful to look at!
It remains to be seen whether they can deliver the same level of food and service if 15 - 20 of us show up but my vote is to give em a try.
Of course, that implies that 15 - 20 of us show up for Bike Night! There was a really good turnout in general, but the NESR representaion was a tad light for such a beautiful night!

I slept great last night!
In for next week and Cujo.... Grrrr
Good to hear about yujo. I'll have to give them a try. Of the three times I've been since February, I have not seen a hostess once. Sounds like they've done some hiring.
Great to see everyone. I wanted to mingle more and check out all the bikes. Kinda got stuck in the booth
