Anyone going from Seacoast in Derry this time? I've been trying to make it to one all year with no luck.

Thanks Sheppo! I still owe you a beer though, so you'd better be up for Lin Garden Tuesday!!!
It's the head light mount smacking into where the forks go into the wheel. I had to drop the head light mount down in order to fit the clamps onto the forks, I had to take it down by about an inch. I'll have to look around to see if I can find any custom head lamp mounts... *swears*
Just so we don't miss anyone this week... Why don't we have everyone meet at the NESR banner near the flagpole at 8. We'll make introductions, shoot the shit and then head out for Chinese.
I'll bring nametags

OK so you need to modify the headlight brackets that mount to the fork tubes to raise the light the amount you had to lower it to accomidate the clipons. can it be cut and welded? Bent? cut and welded to the clipon? I would imagine the light sucks now being an inch +/- lower.
When I start my KTM in the morning, rules are broken. Its inevitable...

Right. I don’t know how to weld and I don’t think my Dad has the tools either. I may have to search for a prefabricated option I think. I’m not sure how well my headlights work, I haven’t ridden the bike since I switched the parts. I’ve gotten complaints about my headlights on low beam before though, so hopefully its not too bad.OK so you need to modify the headlight brackets that mount to the fork tubes to raise the light the amount you had to lower it to accomidate the clipons. can it be cut and welded? So you bitches going to bike night or what
Have fun guys, gotta work...
TJ,
since nick is out do you want to lead? this has 2 advantages 1. you know where you are going and 2. since you will already be in front you wont have to pass me on the outside. although nick way nice enough to unload some corsa III's on me and i changed my gearing so maybe that will help things.
I'll try to make it out for this one
