fronts are out of stock right now. I'd wait till closer to spring, I hear there's a new US tire that's supposedly pretty good and might be comparable to the Ntec.

I rode one for the first two weekends this season. It wears different then the ntec. When I pulled it off it looked like I had a 2wd bike. I should have taken a photo but it had a nice "drive line" on the left side. Never had that wear pattern with the ntec. PK brought me one back from this last weekend. Looks like Ill be starting out the season with the ama tire again if I make it out there at all.

The US front that was referred to is a new revision. Cory Hildebrand and Christian Chronin ran it and both liked it. Garrett Gerloff used it during testing at Jenning GP and supposedly broke the track record. Its an improvement over the US AMA front tire that was available earlier in the year.
I have been running the Great Britian tires.. I dont know the specifics on the US stuff. I would guess they have a compound code and a date code on them and you could use that to figure it out by calling Steve Brubaker at Dunlop Racing / Race Tire Services.
Other news is that I talked to these guys this week and they have also been testing a new US rear that Dane Westby ran the same times as the british stuff at both Daytona and Barber. Dunlop is moving towards trying to make the US stuff every bit as good as the UK stuff....and that will be good for everyone as the US stuff will be much less expensive.
Just out of curiosity. Do they not make 160s? I don't see anything on the DunlopRacing website that indicates that they offer a tire for the light weight bikes.
