Penguin is awesome
Plate is off, mirrors off, oil filter wired and brake/tail lights fuses pulled? I guess all that's left to do is put tape on all lenses?thanks.

As I understand it, you don't need to tape if it's plastic and not glass
Lol Bill thanks for be reminder.

Great time today. Will post some B groups videos this week. Raw footage so just skip past the first few minutes. I haven't looked these over but with B group being larger y'all might be in the vids.

My turn 4 and the nascar oval riding really were off, but still better than a good day at work!

One thing I don't understand - once I find the video I'll post up. Riders' meeting it gets mentioned to stay to he right on pit out, pretend white line goes all the way to T1. Yet some folks pit out and since the track is clear they get to the end of the white and head left. Or passing someone on the left going in to T1 and bam they cross your bow, so to speak, and make a bee line for the left.

It's something people just don't understand. It's a HUGE safety hazard to have people cut across all the way to the left on pit out.

There were 2 dudes at the Razee day that did this, one was on an older 02-03 silver R1, and the other was on the new kawi h2. No excuse for the guy on the R1, figured the guy on the H2 needed all the room he could to get the boat around turn 1.
I have it on video...they went left as in to the other edge of the track

the H2 doesn't surprise me. I was at a TTD when he was on his s1000 for his first Thompson day. He went in blue and weaved every corner on the second session. I'd show him a wheel and he'd gas it. Finally ken c came around and pointed for him to follow. Then he took a victory lap and then bumped down to yellow.
Bummed I missed Razee day for first time but I guess of all the days they've done that was the first wet one.

Guy on the 650 was on turn three of first lap... low sided on cold tires
Thompson's pit-out, IF PROCEDURE IS FOLLOWED, is very safe... but it has the potential to be ESPECIALLY dangerous if procedure ISN'T followed.
There have been plenty of occasions where I've made passes going through the kink on the right (the safe side in that area) approaching the top of 6th gear and have come within just a couple of feet from that white pit out line close to where it ends. If someone's pitting out and they move to the left, it would be a very, VERY ugly scene. I can't think of a single good reason for not staying within the right 1/4 of the track all the way to and through turn 1 on pit out.
If anyone has an issue staying to the right on pit-out or sees someone who does, please let a staff member know.

May not have been the best time to pass, but I didn't want to be stuck behind him again...and he was way off the pit out line
