    The day will consist of seminars, track time and one-on-one instruction, snacks and lunch.

    ...there's your answer! I can't attend this as its just a couple days before my wife and I leave for a trip to Iowa to see friends then Indy for the GP. If I got hurt before that trip the dent in the Karma Bank would be a long time in recovering....!!! But Seacoast/Dunbar do a great job. Little more laid back then some others...
