Bringing fluid the day of will be important but it is important that you start hydrating the day before. If you wait till the morning of you will always be behind. Drink about twice as much fluid on Monday than you normally would. It will be important the day of that you drink more than just water. Gatorade, vitamin water should also be added to help replenish the body of electrolytes and vitamins it needs to make it through the day. You mind and body will thank you.

Start drinking NOW. You don't have to go overboard, but starting now will mean your systems is more thoroughly hydrated than binge hydrating the day before.
