Boston Moto can get the North course on the 16/17/18 March. Cost will be around $160 per day IF we can get 50 people there!

I am willing to cancel my trip to the Snake during that weekend if this is 100% a "go".

I have room for 1 (possibly 2) bikes however, I'm willing to take a maximum of 1 other person in my truck. There's something about a 14 hr ride with 3 dudes in a Ford Ranger that just doesn't warm the cockles of my heart.

Casa de TOMATO may have to roll for this event. did this last year and it was a blast !!!!!!

We need to put a final decision date on this. I say Sunday January 25th we make a definite decision. At this point we will need to have have solid minimum numbers in the 40 range. $250 Deposits will have to be paid by Jan 31st for all spots. Depending on attendance, we are looking at ABOUT $500 for the 3 days. If we get more people, the price comes down, but it won't be any more than $500 for 3 days.

We are waiting to hear from VIR on pricing. If these dates are not 'off season' rates, then this whole thing will be off unless people are willing to pay $750 for 3 days or we can get 70 or 80 people to go.

Spread the word and let's make this happen.

Yeah, I added a couple of names that were possibles and mentioned by others. Nothing is set in stone yet. I kind of assumed that Kim etc would find out through word of mouth that their name was on the list.

i'm not holding anyone to this until jan 25th or so.

IMO, the only way to get a count is to require a deposit of 100 bucks. Refundable in this case if the trip is canceled. That is pretty much how you will get a count....

+1 that is the way to go I think so people are serious about it. I actually just talked to a13x about this again and within a week ro two I'll hopefully have a decision on whether I can swing it or not.
