Heard nesba went poof! Not sure what happened but heard some remarks about not paying their bills and/or going bankrupt.
also heard 2 new orgs have risen out of the dust in nesbas place.
dont know if anyone can shed any light on this.
never thought they would go anywhere. They were practically a household name.

Yeah, I only caught the grumblings of it on the nyst faceyspace.
Definitely strange, considering they were an institution, by most accounts.

I got an email from N2. Basically said N2 has replaced NESBA and has access to all of their accounts and a lot of the same people are still running it.
Wow...did several days with them...VIR, Summit Point, Beaver Run....

I don't know the full story, but it happened in the last couple months. It seemed like they overbooked a bunch and had low attendance. I know last year, they were up at NYST like every other weekend.
It happened pretty quick, but when I went on there last week, everyone was freaking out. Mostly people had bought memberships (like $2k for unlimited days) and then nesba folded.
I have to say, N2 has done a good job with there take over. They are absorbing nesba and keeping all there dates and honoring bought memberships and track days. They are doing a pretty good job putting out the fires. I guess they are using a lot of the nesba control riders.

There's truth and charm and beauty
And strangeness everywhere
The closer we examine
The more there's nothing there
