Tire Tread Depth

Hi everyone, I’m getting ready to do my first track day on the 23rd of this month and I can’t decide if I should replace my rear tire. It’s a Michelin Pilot 2CT and the tread depth is at 3 mm in the middle. It’s not close to the wear bars, it has 2mm to go before hitting them. I think it’s at about 50% wear, should I be concerned about failing tech inspection because if this? I’m going to be ordering a new front tire because it’s showing some cupping. Any help is much appreciated, thank you!

Should be no problem as long as you are not at the wear bars
