998 brakes are also much nicer than 916 brakes. And other things too.. but I still prefer the look of the 916 except for the 3-spoke wheels!

AFAIK 998 is nearly identical t 9*6 except for the testastretta engine and more aerodynamic bodywork: they got rid of the large side vents in 2002

same calipers as 996 and 748, different looking brake rotors but still same size (IIRC 320mm?)
