80 miles, saw a high of 63 on a bank sign, confirmed with my bike dash that said 62, I used all the power a few times.
The end!

Take that white sticker off your swingarm. Otherwise great lookn bike
Wait! That's not an R7...
I got out there for a while too, didn't get as far north as you though. Are you riding tomorrow? Should still be nice just a bit colder. Some corners were wet but other than that I had a blast on the T.
We are lucky to be hammering around on these machines in almost mid-january!

The thing that sucks, when you get close, you can tell I tried to remove that sticker and it looks like shit. I've tried all the usual sticker removal tricks and that sticker (same thing on the R6) for some reason is different than other warning stickers. I don't "think" I can remove it without ruining the finish on the swingarm.
Nope, not as nice either
I'm riding but heading over to some friends and riding quads today
I think I may be catching a cold though..maybe the flu..and Tuesday looks really nice?

Riding in January in New England is a real gift from the motorcycle Gods...I'm enjoying the hell out of it...![]()

Charcoal lighter fluid or straight Ronsonol do a good job on adhesive without harming finish at all... once you get the f-in sticker itself off that is!
Have you tried a heat gun or blow dryer?

Looks like the little waterfall near the Shirley line on 2A.
I had my bike in the living room ready for Winter work and the weather has not been cooperating with me..2 nice weekends in a row.
You should try heating the sticker up with a hair dryer, that's how I removed the dealer stickers from my Tacoma.

took the atk out, the bolts in the trailtech rattled out, but I kept going.
was going 60 on a straight stretch for 4 miles, and slowed to 30 coming into town, hit the brakes at an intersection only to realize one caliper bolt fell out and my caliper flipped and locked up the front wheel.
I saved it like a boss, and called up my pregnant wife to come get me with the truck and a ramp. While I was loading it I noticed somehow the headlight is cracked.
I was a little pissy about it, but fuck it, its easy fixes. Saw a ton of bikes out though, and I'm glad I didn't eat it.
Wd-40 and patience is all that is needed
Rode to Brattleboro on the Klr only to find my favorite ride destination is closed forever. I'll miss you Sarkis Market.....
Didn't get above 45 the whole ride. Gerbings kept my toasty.

Had some great riding here in VT yesterday too, though I didn't see anyone else on the road. Then the battery refused to crank after a stop and in the time it took me to procure a new battery, the snow gods dumped 1" of snow in 30 minutes. Was good again today with clear roads, though only 25. Happy happy.
Good save...must have been a heart-stopper to have the front lock up.
I've tried the heat gun, all it did was take off the plastic coating on the sticker. the heat gun worked great for the stickers on the gas tank..this one, not so good.
Thanks, it felt great to ride this time of year for sure
It's the Pawtuxett river at Hope Furnace Rd and 116 in RI. 1 1/2 years ago there was 8' of water where my bike is parked

if its one of those painted on 'stickers' give the Mr Clean Magic Eraser a shot. sounds wack but thats what I used to use on ProTaper bars to clean all the graphics off. major elbow grease, but it worked. I did two sets for the Buell that way.
