1000 rim on 600??

So my buddy has a chrome front rim off a 03 1000 gsxr...will it fit a 06 600gsxr?? Some peoples tellin me it will, and other say no....any help would be great!

I would bet the rims are the same, spacers are more then likly not the same.

you'll like need to modify the rotors as the hub for the 1000 is wider, i believe
