The 954 is the most squirelly bikes I ever rode. Front end feels very vague. I don't like it.
The 929 has a better "feel" to it.
As for the TLR, well, I just honk it over! LOL!

I also read some post about 954 having a tranny or clutch problem. Also I think the spec calls for the dry weight to be the same as 600F4i. If that's true, then the power to weight ratio must have been something. I was thinking about it, but didn't like hear about the tranny problem.
"fuckit!"
It's got a little backlash in the gear box, and the throttle response, is a little flakey around 3K rpmsOriginally posted by Kham

Not that I have designs to pick up ANOTHER bike. But if I were in the market, I'da been all over the Gixxer 1K, until now! That looks absolutely hideous on something they're calling a 'pure sport' bike...
Did you grit your teeth and try to look like Clint Fuckin' Eastwood?
Or did you lisp it all hangfisted like a fuckin' flower?
you got something else between your legs or what? I wouldn't mind at all as long as it's professionally done and looks sporty.![]()

face it, unless you get a harley, the design influences from the wind tunnel engineers are going to do the same thing to bikes as they have done to cages
