Hey Tyler. Don't let the boys get ya down. Consider it an initiation to newcomers. I'm in Colchester so when the weather gets a little better we'll get out there.
What kind of riding you usually do? Twisties? Highway? Just a commuter bike?

Too bad it's a Connecticut dealer huh. We all know you're slow but please try and keep up.![]()
You suck at life. Why don't you quit?
My dad told me I could be anything I wanted when I grew up. So I became an Asshole.
Ya know, some people just need to lighten up a bit. The "joke" I was trying to make was that since RI has lots of squids, it is not suprising that a dealer in the over-all area would sell lots of gixxah's. In no way was I stating the dealership was located within the fine state of Rhode Island.Originally posted by dhuze

Yes I beleive I am getting the bike from Land Air... they are the ones who told me it wouldnt be in until May... and gave me that quote. But, there is a couple more dealers I am going to play fetch with to see if they bite. I am going to call them tomorrow and see what there scoop is as far as price....and when.
I like to ride twisties only...I dont care for the interstate, and stay as far away from it as possible.

Very nice bike and choice, Silver. I think the 750 is the bike for a perfect balance of overall power and handling. I have the 2001 gsx-r 750; I could not have picked a better bike. The power is quite awesome and it takes corners like a dream. Yours should have a little moregear up and enjoy

"Mister 2 posts," now your just trying to hurt my feelings. Sorry I will try to spend less time riding and more time typing this summer.
I stand corrected, the plaque says it all. It does also prove my point that selling that many gsxr's is a crazy # though.
Back to the point... 750 is a great choice and LandAir is generally good people to deal with. Good luck.

Maybe I'll take some pictures next time i'm there just to see how full of shit he is??? mister 2 posts![]()

I've had nothing but bad experiences at LandAir. They always treat me like they are king shit and I should buy only what they tell me. Never liked their attitudes. Too bad you can't find what you're looking for at Roadside. They are great to deal with.Originally posted by 2002silverex

You ride mostly down by Barre?

Yeah, I have bought a lot from them in the past, so they treat me decent now. I dont just ride in barre, i live to go on a different ride everytime if I can.
Let me know if you want to hook up this summer, you probably know some good roads ive never been on!

thats pretty sick. i like the 750. its a nice number. right between the 6 and the 10s. i hope you post a ride report.
guys. while a 600 might top out at 150mph, a 750 will have much more topend power. nevermind the ultimate top speed.
