I just saw it. looks similar but its completely different. Ram air in the nose. different motor( smaller compact) A but load of sensors for increased control over sensitivity regarding torgue/throttle response. increased midrange power. different frame. comes in pearl white, blue and silver, black and red, and black. New mods to the intake and ehaust for consistant performance in different environments. Magnesium head cover.
THe bike looks more like the R6 in the center with the way the design is by the seat, frame and gas tank. This bike looks like its gonna kick some serious ass.
BTW: if your not an HRCA member you wont be able to see it until after 11pm pst tonight(2A.M.)

I'm still not convinced it looks that better
than the 06 model. It looks r6 copycat, but not as well done.

The big thing is the compression appears to have been bumped from 12.0:1 to 12.2:1.

I wonder if it will need premium gas now? In any case that would surely suggest there are some real power gains.

Yeah White or Black are not too shabby.

What I'm really more interested in is what's
it ride like. They claim a best in class power to weight ratio. That's going to be a big jump from last to first!

I especailly like the fact that it has a 10mm rise
in handlebar height over the 06 model.
