    6.8k Ohm resistor.

Apparently radio shack doesn't like them. Anyone have any ideas on where to get one, I'm trying to do a TRE on the SV and I'm at a loss.

is this the new trend? check out You Do It Electronics in needham. they'll proably have what you're looking for, if you're planning on making your own TRE

hey kromz, thats my store bish

ive got 1%, 5%, 10% i assume the 5% is good enough for your application at 25V.

If You Do It doesn't have it, it doesn't exist.

Isn't it a shame that Radio Shack no longer carries the parts that made them in the first place? I went in there looking for an LED a year or so ago and the kid at the counter looked at me like I had three heads. Sigh.

I've been to You do it before and it's awesome but a drive to Needham for a < $1 dollar part is kinda nuts. R1, you have mail.

You could always make one out of other resistors... it's been a while though and I don't remember the formulas for doing things in series vs parallel.

make one out of 100ohm resisters soldered together in series!

It's all water under the bridge, and we do enter the next round-robin. Am I wrong?
