How did you arrange payment for this distance purchase?

(I used escrow dot com a couple of times, once for selling, once for buying.)
Used something way more secure and trustworthy… PayPal friends & family.

Guess no need for that test ride now, sounds like it's all set up, ENJOY!!

Looks like your set with storage, but if you need more let me know if your interested in the factory side cases...

    Re: 690 Duke?

Took it for a few miles around the neighborhood over the weekend. This is a sweet little bike - I should’ve bought one of these after my “wtb wicked fun streetbike” thread a few years back, instead of the project Duc still in pieces…

The PO installed the Euro R-spec rearsets, and man they are high. Judging from the pics I’ve found below, they are about 2” higher and 2” back, compared to the high position of the flippable stock ones. The seller included the stock ones, but I’ll give these R ones a fair shot - they are definitely more comfortable with my Astars Supertech boots than my Sidi Adventure boots.
Have either of you guys had issues with the stock pegs dragging in turns?

Let me know if you’re interested in the factory top rack!
Or a fender eliminator / tail light

They are fun, light weight/flickable with enough power, and as i've mentioned before, with the power package you can feel the cam give that little KICK Not that you'd really want to, but can easily cruise/pass on the highway without feeling like it's struggling. I just ordered a tinted Puig windscreen from Revzila, made a HUGE difference on my previous 690SM taking the wind off your chest.

same rearsets came on mine, along with the stock...my first thought as well, "dam there is no leg room seat too low or pegs too high?!?" However I haven't changed them, kinda got used to it I guess

May be interested in both, my tailbag sits a bit too far forward and I have a fender eliminator kit, but the lens got cracked.

    Hows the Remuz exhaust, loud?
