749 speedo and tach stopped working?

The display is back lit but the tach doesn't move and the display doesn't show anything? Any Duck Guru's out there. P.S i already posted on Ducati.ms one person said unplug the display and plug it back in, the other said check fuses. good ideas anythign different out there? thanks, Adam

If it's anything like my Suzuki problem.. it was the speed disc attached to the front sprocket... it broke and fell off.. Wish I would have figured it out a little bit earlier since that piece was spinning and bouncing around for a while

It affected my speedo and odo.. but not the tach.
