Found out some info:
Restiamo Uniti is united we stand in Italian... He is united with his fans and Ducati.
The guy on his helmet is Gianni Morandi - a famous Italian singer. 27th Festival of Mugello is a reference to the Sanremo Festival in which Morandi is the artistic director and Restiamo Uniti is festival’s catchphrase. Morandi is surrounded with flowers which are reference to Sanremo city which is know as City Of Flowers. In the back of the helmet is a phrase: “Fatti mandare dalla mamma a prendere il latte” it’s a tittle of Morandi’s song. BTW in this song is one line which may be meaningful: ho bisogno di te - I need you.
