Today I noticed my EPS liner in my helmet is sliding around the shell and I figure it's a good idea to glue it back on. What kind of adhesive should I use for this? Before anyone says "just go get a new helmet," this is a pretty pricey helmet made by a small company with a carbon fiber shell and photochromic visor. There's no way I'm going to retire the helmet this early.

I believe they're only held in with double sided tape from the factory, or at least the old HJC I took apart was. If you use glue, be very careful as most glues will likely melt the foam a little from the chemicals they contain, and that's definitely not good.
contact the manufacturer.

How old is the helmet? If its getting close to the 4 or 5 year mark probably time for a new one. I know you said not to say that but there is a reason for those limits the eps does break down over time and use. If its not call the people that made it and bitch. And like pete said a lot of glues will eat polystyrene. I have no idea what would be safe and still bond.
