Well I'd like to thank the fuckin dickhead(s) that stole my XR100 and my 4 year old's JR50 in the last week or so. Hey dickhead, you missed the CR60 that was worth more than both of those together and the road bike that was worth more than all three. Don't worry though, they're not here anymore either.


Next time stick around so YOU can explain to a 4 year old why he doesn't have a dirtbike any more. Fucking assholes.

I had my loaded race van with everything for the trip in it stolen. Sure ruined my season. Had the club on the steering wheel and windows covered but they musta seen me load it.

Yea it blows bigtime, I live in Taunton in a good, non-crime happening neighborhood. I've been here over 20 years and NEVER have had anything stolen from me or from my neighbors. The bikes were in my shed in the back yard but nothing else of value was touched. Both unlocked as every bike that I've owned has been for as long as I've lived here.

Funny thing is, I haven't touched the bikes in over a year. They haven't moved or been out of the shed since the beginning of last summer. So I'm thinking it wasn't some asshole just passing that saw and stole them.

Here's my kids bike. It's now missing the rear fender from an overzealous wheelie.

Stealing the JR50 is sad in the sense that they took a kid's toy. I know it's worth money, but... just seems as heartless as you can get.

It seems like it would make sense to start a running thread or 'database' of stolen vehicle info, pics, etc? So people can keep an eye out, or, you can compare against it before making a purchase that has an oddly good price?

So the bikes were visible to a passerby? My brother had his gsxr stolen that way. They coulda just pushed it off into the distance.

There are tools that let you search all craigslists nationwide which may help you but may also make you nuts.

No they were in a shed that store things that we rarely touch (christmas lights, dirtbikes, folding chairs/tables) and the shed that they were in was not visible from the road. I haven't touch them in a very long time so it wasn't a passer-by, imo. Someone knew they were there and took them. There was 3 bikes in there and the one they left is my favorite, I'm thinking they didn't want to fuck me as bad as they did.
