for light use like that, just get one from harbor freight. $40. yes you can spin the wheel. just don't put your hands in there like the monkey from the gixxerforums thing that's been posted a zillion times.

I like my Pit Bull stands. Easy to use, I trust them, but they were a little pricy. As far as where to buy them...I had ordered mine off the web. Oh, and yes you can spin the rear tire/front on the stands.

You can pick up a Hardline Rollastand for chain maintenance
Hardline Rollastand - motorcyclesuperstore.com
But for a regular swingarm stand, I'd say Pitbull.

pitbull reversible. Just under 200 and worth it...
pitbull reversible
Unless you have one of these... A bit more expensive, but does the job of a front and rear stand in one fell swoop..
bursig
In that case, and I probably am echoing everyone else in existence when it comes to swingarm stands.... Get the Pitbull, esp the reversible, it will make life easier. Which Duc is it for?
One caution about spinning the wheel on a SSS stand..... (is that a SSSS?)
Spin it by hand. Dont put it in gear. The plastic sleeve can heat up, melt, and cause the rear wheel to 'walk' off the stand.
Come visit me and see my PowerStand. Interchangeable pins galore are available. Reversible too. Yes the wheel spins by hand too. $189 list price before NESR discounts.
Here's a video. Give it a few minutes to process.

the T Rex ones list the hyper down in the description. You want great, go Pitbull. You want inexpensive but still quite serviceable, get the T Rex.........
I really want to thank everyone here....
I had no idea there were so many options...
due to budgetary reasons i have decided to go with teh roller setup so i can get this

I have the T-Rex for my 848. good construction and has interchangeable pins with it too. If you decide to get a stand, its probably the best value you can get.
+1 on the T-Rex. I have a front stand from them and its good quality. Its also about 1/2 the price of other brands. Mine actually came with triple tree mounts and fork mounts.
