arai v shoei sizing

how do they compare? i'm xl in shoei - xl in arai? I want the xd3

Sizing is about the same, shape differs though. I'm a Shoei RF1000 medium & tried on pretty much every full face Arai... a couple in small, but most in Medium. Most fit me size wise, but the Vector turned out to be the perfect shape for my melon.

Arai fit better for me. Used Arai since 1988
