I had to get a new front tire from GBM... NOT where I wanted to buy it, but the cops troll my favorite Boston parking spot for uninspected bikes every year so it'd be a sitting duck.

My stupid hotbodies undertail license plate light isn't working... I have to solder the wires back on the bulb due to corrosion. Problem is, there is nothing to solder the wires onto anymore, because it all rusted away so it looks like I need to figure something out over the weekend.

Got mine done today. Interestingly this was the first time a shop ever informed me that they are not supposed to pass bikes without the stock fenders. I never heard that. I've got the legal distance on the indicators and the plate light - actually the lights are all stock- just a fender eliminator (metal frame) to tidy everything up.

They did pass me but I seriously never heard that before. This was also the first year that the shop had to log on line and enter the sticker number associated with my bike into the RMV website.

When I went for a sticker they made me buy and install reflectors on my swingarm because the rear fender was removed.

Although I remembered this last Saturday, and squeezed in a sticker then, knowing that Tuesday, stations, will either run out of stickers, or just be a clusterfuck of bikes at 5:58pm hoping to get stickered.
