its a Piaggio, Fuoco 500ie. Piaggio is an Italian company that bought Vespa a few years back. Killboy has as pic of someone carving the Dragon on one. A Mini, BMW store in Newport rents them out to tourists.

Theres a dealer for scooters and features these in middletown, ri. I check them out everytime I drive by... started noticing these a couple months back. Does seem really interesting as a concept, I'd like to ride one to check out the dynamics even if it is a little putt-putt thinger.

I wonder if a bigger, powerful version of these would be cool...
