Your phone is brighter than the original headlight -- scary. I managed to find and fit halogens hi/lo beam -- improvement. So, yeah, install a real headlight. Bunch of these Multis FS lately, prices are going up, it seems.

Not unbeatable in my mind. 36 year old bike, on Cape Cod, sitting under a tarp for years. Not a popular bike to start with so no one's looking for parts, probably no good parts anyway. Will it even roll up a trailer ramp? Lot of effort for little if any reward. I'd ask for $$ to remove from the property
