Actually, yeah. The ECMs never were locked, they've been fully decoded and documented. The trick is you need a shop that knows how to do more than an autotune pass pushed into a PowerCommander.

Now, that said. THIS bike sports a Mikuni HSR42 flat slide carb... so really all the ECM is doing at this point is ignition curve.

Very nice bike but i think over priced. then there is the whole located on the florida coast so has it been underwater recently? you always have to be suspect when buying vehicles from florida after big storm seasons.

Maybe. Tires must cost a pretty penny for it unless your doing the labor yourself. Some gold wings are an absolute nightmare to change that rear tire and this looks worse.

I wouldn't think it's that tough to do. Doesn't look like it'd take much more than my Street Glide. I mean, yeah - it's a pain in the ass compared to any sport bike I've owned. But it's not all that bad on the Street Glide.

I would think that has to be a big concern for anyone currently owning a Victory.

Took some digging but it looks like 3 hours labor to swap out the rear tire. You gotta have jacks and everything to do it and you lift the bike off the rear tire, it doesn't slide out.
