A bike like this is something I'd actually consider if I had 3,500 bucks to blow on something completely "useless" from HD.

Just a super stripped down, super minimalistic, understated (for a Harley), sportster. It just needs mid controls.

The ZRX and the KZ1300 are both steals. The RE5 is high IMO; the '75s have the cooler gauge cluster and are worth more.

Parting ways with my 08 SXV 550. I bought it new and it still looks new. 1,886 miles. Never crashed or even dropped. (I'm surprised too.) Did about 6 track days in the beginner and middle group. The majority of miles are just buzzing to the store and back. I sent the engine to Allen Nolan in Maryland right after I bought it to go through it and make sure everything was good. Everything checked out fine. Some of the 07 models had sealant issues. I put on the 09 light setup, because it looks so much better than 08. I changed out the front fender to black and shortened it. And put on a tail tidy. I didn't much monkey with anything else except a K&N filter, because these things come from the factory ready to tear. Fluids were changed more than they needed to be. I have a complete set of the same wheels you see minus the sprocket with slicks on them. The only thing that I know needs fixing is both front rims need to get trued up. I'm not a wheelie guy (purposely) and I've never hit anything, so my guess is as good as yours. Not terrible but def needs a little love. I have all the original factory parts, fender, light, and other trivial random stuff that will go with it. Rather sell to someone that knows and appreciates this bike. The going price for this bike is $6500, so given the extra wheel set and other stuff, I'm pretty firm there. I hate pushing this post button.
