Got a new bike

Wasn't sure where to put this so I went general. Was on here a few years back had a zx6r. Well things happened and that bike went bye bye unfortunately. Well I'm back now got me a project 85 gs550es with a parts bike to go with it. So gotta get this bad boy up and running to terrorize the mountains. I moved to Conway from Hudson. So just thought I'd say hello and glad to be back. If anyone comes up to ride the mountains say hello.

Welcome back.. I'm new in these parts. That old GS550 is a pretty rad looking bike, please share pics when things start coming together. My '05 GS500 probably has some similarities in that engine design (despite being 2-cylinder), not a lot changed on these GS's over the next two decades.

This and the GPZ 550 are really timeless, great looking bikes. I wish they'd make a modern throwback model with FI and new brakes.
