Got the day off tomorrow morning and looking to ride to breakfast, maybe about an 1hr ride. Need some new ideas, leaving from Framingham, MA (about 10 miles west of Boston). Already been to Parkers a few times this year the Vanilla Bean, center of Barre and The Over easy cafe in sterling.

If you're a glutton for punishment and like a good artery-clogging, heart-stopping load of fat, cholesterol, and salt, you just can't miss the experience at Carl's Oxford Diner, Rt12 (Main St) Oxford MA. For about $8.00 an order of two eggs, bacon, toast and home fries is a plate of about a pound of home fries smothered with 3 jumbo eggs, 12 slices of bacon and thick toast. Come with an empty stomach and you won't have to eat for three days...if you can finish it. Classic!
