So the husband is on the Reef Central forum, and I find this guy who also "ride" sportbikes (and apparently, we had already talked last year and I didn't remember), so I send him a message for him to join myspace riding group. I can only be thankfull that I didn't mention "NESR" before this conversation went on:

Hi, how ya been?...
I was gonna go riding with you guys, but you're a real early bird (like 9:am) so i had to pass last summer.
Tell me more about HOW your group rides... I ask because my group rides really fast and wheelie on the highways on a regular basis... "I'm no different. "
I just wanna make sure you know before hand. We can also ride easy, but it's rare.
We go by the name "FEARLESS JOKERS" and have about 30 members. Good to see you're still riding, maybe we'll bump into each other on the road sometime... talk to you nextime

Oh..I see. You're that kind of rider, eh? We ride fast too, but group rides "usually" don't have triple digits with most of us. A guy will do a wheelie or two at safe distance from the rest of the group, but if one makes a wheelie with other riders around him, it's a big no-no. Now when it's just 2 or 3 of us going for a ride...then anything goes. Going thru villages/towns/cities tho we keep it downlow, we don't like to make a bad name with the cops. AND, some of us have families, children...

That's pretty much what I thought about the group. We also have kids, families and whatever, but we're also the high octane triple digits type of riders. We don't really respect
cops, in fact we toy with them, especially state troopers on the highways. The asphalt is our play grounds, be it towns,
cities or highways.
If and when we hook up with your group, we'll be sure to dial
it down or we won't come at all. I wouldn't want your group to feel like they're around a bunch of mad max's...lol

You don't have respect for the cops? How about respect for people sharing the roads with you, who you could kill in an instant...your group seems to have complete disregard for human life. It's one thing to do speed runs on the highway, we've all done it. But from the sound of it...your "gang" likes to ride like complete jackasses "anywhere", endangering everyone around you. I really doubt you would be able to keep it "sane" riding with us, and frankly...I think I'd rather not have you with us. I have a feeling if we were to get pulled over by cops we'd get in deep shit if we were with you guys....LOL
