collapsing tail bag

X2 on the Nelson rigg commuter tail bag. Was 99$ when I bought it last year.

Just found it cheap on Amazon. There’s a Lite, a Sport and a Touring, seems like only the Touring expands? Or do u know if they all do?

I'm pretty positive they all do. The difference is just the footprint size. My commuter size can easily fit a full face helmet when it's expanded and sits pretty easily on my passenger seat. Pretty happy with the purchase over all.

I just ordered the touring yesterday, it's only 1" larger than the sport in all dimensions, expands 3 inches taller, depending on how it opens hoping to fit a small pizza box.

Just ordered the touring as well. Interesting that expanded it holds 33L, but this almost duffel bag looking thing holds 30 but hangs over. The Scramber seat height is 34.2”, I’m going to break a hip swinging my leg over a tail bag.

You're going to learn how to tuck and pivot real quick. Rather than swing your leg wide over the seat like you'd normally do, you tuck your leg in so that your foot is basically touching your butt, then pivot your knee over your seat. Pretty easy once you do it once or twice.

Or just do the goofy looking one-foot hop with your other foot extended over the seat, i.e. The Ministry of Silly Walks mount.
