yeah that vid has been floating around for a year or two now. But shows just what a little deer can do.

Been there. Done that. busted up my RC clipping a deer in Scituate at about 75 miles per hour.

Fear #3 next to # 1 and #2.......................

I actually had this happen on 93 S while driving side by side with an MR2.
I saw the deer standing on the centerline and went for the ass end (my shoulder lane). The guy was in the slow lane and got to clip the deer from underneath as it stepped forward.

Watched it roll over the MR2 nose into the windshield out my side window at nearly 80MPH..........

FREAK show.

I pull over and the Mrs. (sleeping) wakes up and says "why we stopping?????"

ALSO:

Last October , driving (about 1/4 mile from the track entrance) at Watkins Glen NY ~65 MPH following a DE entrant, and this crazy MoFo Buck comes charging from the corn stalks on the left, bounds in front of (and looked like over) the car and runs off into the other corn field across the street and disappears..........
F'n scary. The guy had NO reaction time. Lucky, it missed him. I watched the whole thing and the driver said he didn't have a clue...........

exactly why I put on some extra PIAA lights under my fairing. Give good flood and they are perfect for spottin the deer on the side of the road. I do a fair amount og riding at night so they are goos and give me some peace of mind

I'm intrested in how them lights look mounted under your fairings any pics??

Last July I got blind-sided by a full speed running deer while i was going 45mph in the day time. Cleaned me right off the bike and it was gone by the time I was able to make sense of it all. Two things became very clear to me that day. HELMETS SAVE LIVES! I still have the deer hair stuck in the chin vents and the helmet (Arai) totally smashed in the back where it hit the road(It is for show only, obviously). And #2, Deer paranoia takes a long time to wear off. Every squirrel, leaf, or candy wrapper popping out from the side of the road gets my attention. Ride at night? I have yet to do that!

where can you find those deer allert things you put on a car or bike? They make noises that animals can only here

Wanted to do something like that to my 7R, but it's built too low and the fender would crash into the lights during hard compression...

If I suddenly started pullin wheelies and shit then I may run into a problem but I have never done one and don't plan on it in the near future
