My friends and I went out for a ride last night and decided we wanted to go to a gentleman’s club so on the way to ''the lumber yard'' we figure we might as well attempt to stunt a little bit. I had just installed a new sprocket so I decided to break it in. So we are out attempting to stunt as usual when this law enforcement official comes from out of nowhere and starts flashing his lights at us. My friend Kevin has a few warrants so we leave right away, attempting to flee from persecution. A few minutes and a few side streets later we loose him. We then mutually decide to pass on the gentleman’s club for the evening and we go to our spot at Norwalk high. We get there and start attempting to stunt after about 10 min. another officer of the peace shows up, slams on the breaks and jumps out of his squad car. He exited the vehicle yelling all kinds rhetoric about evading and failure to stop. He then claims we almost hit his cruiser, almost caused a couple of accidents and that now were at the school to vandalize it. Kevin starts heatedly debating this point with the officer my other associates promptly calm the situation down. Let me remind you that when we initially evaded the police we never saw a single car on any road besides the pursuing officer, so we did not cause any accidents, and we are absolutely certain that we did not hit his cruiser. Summarily my associates and I have court dates for potentially trumped up charges I would like to know if there is anything i can do to prove he is lying? "

you evaded police = illegal
you failed to stop = illegal
im guessing you were speeding in order to "evade"= illegal
im also guessing there were no turn signals used = illegal
almost caused accidents = may be untrue but irrelevant
almost hit cruiser = also irrelevant and possibly untrue
hanging out at high school? = why?


smart person would have denied everything when he showed up at the H.S. (unless he got plate #s) claim that "all these bikes look the same" unless of course yours doesnt.

the things he "lying" about arent your problem..... its the things he ISNT lying about....
