thought i would post this here first... was in an accident last night, guy in an infiniti driving towards me took a left hand turn right into my path... claimed he didn't see me.... i tried stopping (wasn't gonna swerve into oncoming traffic...) and ended up laying it down and riding it into the suv rolling off into the road... I am fine other than right femur bruise and a totaled bike, gear did its job... helmet untouched...
Nick
Like I said earlier, glad you're alright, bro.

Great to hear you are okay. If you need the rumble and shake of the sportster engine, you can borrow the 883. It was nice to have someone else who appreciated that engine and its oddities, but I can see an upgrade in your future.

I will know more about damages tomorrow.... frame was definitely caved in on left side where frame puck "should have" protected... and not just a little dent.... and the swingarm was defintiely not straight with the rest of the bike... i dont know whats next for me.... i really have no clue about the ins & outs of this whole thing... any insurance gurus?
