I was just looking at T.W.O during lunch..
They did a 100-0 (mph) braking test... with a strange array of bikes:
GSX-R 1000 - 110ft
954RR - 115ft
Multistrada - 135ft
Late 70s CB500 - 185ft.
A Porsche Turbo won the recent Road and Track 0-100-0 car test and was listed as 290ft for 100-0.

There is no way any bike will do 100 MPH to 0 MPH in 115 feet. It would take 300 feet or so for a really good rider to stop from 100 MPH. Had to be 100 kilometers per hour (62 MPH)
After I wrote that I was thinking the same thing.
I'm going to double check it, but all the other tests were clearly done in MPH.
Only other one I was able to find was 270ft for the 1994 ZX-9, and that was in the middle of a 0-100-0 test.

yes, but maybe they had really really good riders in the test.Originally posted by stoinkythepig

I guess my 300 foot estimate was a bit high.Only other one I was able to find was 270ft for the 1994 ZX-9, and that was in the middle of a 0-100-0 test.
