My first guess is that it's ghostrider, but this guy doesn't look like he is nearly as skilled a rider.

No.. the ghostrider DVD has 10x the traffic as that road... this is nothing compared to him.

You know what would really "up the game" though is if they do this and let themselves be caught by the police in a designated area, and have someone else there to film the bust and add it to the tape.

I agree, observed speeds on speedo are very optimistic, 20-25% I don't think he went over 150
