    Dont Stand Right Up....

    Track day classroom sessions often talk about why you shouldn't stand up in the track after you crash...better to have a bike run OVER you than through you...

    wow some of those crashes were insane..that last shot of the car flying across the track RIGHT behind the other one at the end of the video was just crazy.

    Those bike crashes looks like they hurt alot.

    A lot of the bike stuff was fairly recent footage too, they had a short lil Jorge Lorenzo section I noticed. : )

    Ow ow ow ow ow ow fucking OWWWW.

    That's one of those ones that doesn't hurt right away. It only starts hurting a couple minutes later when you (hopefully) wake up.

    That video clip should be shown at every beginner track day school. Very graphic demonstration of possibly the best advice they give you in the school.

    anyone have any idea what happened with that Lemans (whatever it's called , car racing is lame) car , right after the 1:30 crash?

    did anyone notice the guy that rode right over the crashed bike and used the outriggers to get back underway?

    the car that took the right hander prolly broke tie rod end .... or he had a seizure
